All pallet deliveries are by appointment - lift gate service - curbside delivery.

All shipping times are based on 3rd party carriers. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Orders are shipped out in a timely fashion. 

Pallet deliveries are shipped via LTL Freight Carriers on standard 48" X 48" pallets. All deliveries are set up by appointment; the carrier will call you directly 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery date and time frame. Delivery is curbside and includes lift gate service. Delivery to some non-direct zip codes can take 1 week longer than the standard delivery time frame.

Refused deliveries are subjected to the same policy as a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fee's (which include original cost of shipping, even if "free shipping" was included). Keep in mind that the cost of return freight is very high due to the weight of the item.

Boxed shipments are shipped via UPS/Fedex.
